A delicious pumpkin velouté accompanied by Tozzapane® PanBiscò Crostini, crispy and fragrant!

Doses are approximate to vary to your taste.

INGREDIENTS
  • Crostini Tozzapane®

  • 300 g pumpkin

  • 50 g potatoes

  • 20 g onions

  • 1 tablespoon of evo oil

  • 1 bay leaf

  • Halls

  • Pepper

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add all ingredients to a pot.

  • Cook for 40 minutes.

  • At the end of cooking, the bay leaf is removed.

  • Blend the mixture.

  • Add a drizzle of oil and a leaf of fresh basil (to taste).

  • Serve with Crostini Tozzapane®.

NOTES

You can make the velouté with other seasonal vegetables.
